These terms apply to the website. Cleaning and maintenance work is governed by a separate written service agreement between us and the client. Where the two differ, the service agreement controls.

Quote requests are not contracts

Work begins only after we walk your property, provide a written scope and price, and both parties sign a service agreement. Any pricing discussed by phone, email, or on this site before that point is an estimate, not an offer.
