Commercial Disinfection & Touch-Point Care Services, Conejo Valley

A facility can look completely clean and still pass illness from person to person across high-touch surfaces. Door handles, light switches, shared keyboards, restroom fixtures, and break room appliances are easily overlooked. We map every high-touch surface in your building and apply EPA-registered disinfectants following strict label dwell times.

We map every touch point in your building, set a service schedule built around your traffic, and provide a clear written quote without long-term contracts.

What You'll Notice After We Take Over

You stop wondering whether "clean" meant the handles too. Somebody has a written list of every surface in your building that gets touched all day, and that list gets worked the same way every visit whether it looks dirty or not.

A clean building and a healthy one aren't the same thing.

What Commercial Disinfection Is

Disinfection is applying an EPA-registered product to a high-touch surface and letting it sit there long enough to work. That's the whole trade. The product does the job, but only if it stays wet on the surface for the time printed on the label.

Most crews spray and wipe in the same motion. That's not disinfecting. That's moving germs around with a damp rag and an expensive product.

It runs alongside your regular janitorial, not instead of it. Janitorial makes the building look clean. Disinfection handles the surfaces that matter for hygiene whether or not they look dirty.

How It Works

Five Steps, and it starts with a coffee.

We bring coffee to every walkthrough. Just let us know your order.

Walk Your Building Property

We meet on-site and walk the property together. This gives us a chance to see the building, understand how the space is used, and scope the entire property inside and out, gaining the insights you cant get over the phone.

Understand Your Needs

Every building is different. We document the current problem areas and pain points. We listen to special requests, service expectations, scheduling requirements, and the details that help us build a plan around your property.

Set The Cadence, Flu Season Included

We set the schedule around how your building actually gets used, not a standard package. Frequency steps up through fall and winter and eases back in spring, built into the plan, so you never have to worry.

Disinfect, And Give The Product Its Time

Disinfection takes dwell time, and dwell time takes longer. That's why most crews skip it. We hit every high-touch surface and let the product sit the full label time so it works how it was designed & kills what it's registered to kill.

Follow Up Quality Checks

Mark doesnt disappear after service begins. Regular walkthroughs help ensure standards stay high, concerns are addressed quickly, and the building continues to receive the attention it deserves.

What Other Disinfection Crews Miss

Many cleaning crews rush through touch points by spraying a rag and wiping surfaces instantly. This fails to meet the contact time required for disinfectants to function properly. Other crews use the same cloth across multiple rooms, cross-contaminating clean office desks with bathroom rags. Our technicians are trained to allow full product dwell time and enforce strict color-coded cloth separation.

Dont let cold and flu germs run your office.

What Sets Us Apart in Commercial Disinfection

Proper disinfection requires strict technical discipline. We ensure complete hygienic care through four core standards:

EPA-Registered Product, Full Contact Time

We use commercial EPA-registered disinfectants, neutral pH so they're safe on the finishes in an occupied building. The surface stays visibly wet for the label's full contact time, usually two to ten minutes depending on the product, before it gets wiped. That's the step everybody else skips, because it's the step that takes time

Color-Coded Microfiber

Red for restroom high-risk points, flush handles and stall latches. Yellow for restroom vanities, sinks, and dispensers. Blue for lobby glass, door handles, and common area rails. Green for break room counters, fridge handles, and coffee stations.

A cloth that touched a restroom latch never touches a break room counter. Not once, not at the end of a shift, not when the cart's running low.

Electronics Get Handled Differently

Keyboards, copier touchscreens, phone keypads, and check-in tablets never get sprayed directly. Liquid gets into the seams and you own a dead tablet. We use pre-dampened wipes, worked long enough to hit contact time without soaking anything

Seasonal Frequency

Touch-point needs change with the calendar. Through fall and winter we step up frequency on door handles, shared electronics, and restroom fixtures, then ease it back in spring. That's an adjustment to your existing plan, not a separate service with a separate invoice.

Focusing Attention Where Traffic Hits

The glass push-plate at your main entrance gets touched by hundreds of people before noon. The emergency exit bar in the back corridor gets touched once a week. A generic checklist treats them the same.

Nothing gets skipped, everything on your mapped scope gets disinfected every visit. But the same crew every week learns which points in your building take the real traffic, and that's where the time goes.

Preventative Maintenance & Integrated Repairs

Because our disinfection technicians physically touch every latch, handle, switch, and dispenser in your facility, they notice loose hardware or broken fixtures immediately. When a defect is spotted, our crew flags it directly for our in-house maintenance technicians. Minor repairs are handled promptly by the same company without requiring separate service calls.

Most of the time it's fixed before you even hear about it.

Disinfection FAQ

Our most frequently asked questions about commercial touch-point disinfection in the Conejo Valley.

What's the difference between disinfection and regular janitorial cleaning?

Cleaning is for what you can see. Disinfecting is for what you can't see.

Janitorial handles floors, trash, dust, the surfaces you can see. Disinfection is targeted work on the points hands are on all day, door handles, light switches, shared keyboards, restroom latches, with EPA-registered product held to its label contact time whether the surface looks dirty or not. They're not competing services. Most buildings run janitorial for the look of the place and add touch-point disinfection for the surfaces that matter.

No. Different job, different bottle.

Regular janitorial runs on standard commercial cleaners built to lift dirt. Disinfection runs on EPA-registered disinfectants, which are a different product with a different registration and a required contact time on the label. Neutral pH so it's safe on the finishes in an occupied building. Anybody telling you their all-purpose cleaner disinfects is telling you something the bottle doesn't say. We'll show you ours if you want to see it.

Yes, and it's already in the plan.

Frequency steps up on door handles, shared electronics, and restroom fixtures through fall and winter, then eases back in spring. It's the most common adjustment we make, and it's written into your cadence from the start. Not a seasonal upcharge, not a separate service.

Just the points hands actually land on.

This isn't a full-building deep clean. It's targeted work on door hardware, light switches, shared electronics, restroom fixtures, break room appliance handles, and the rails and buttons in your common areas. We map the exact list on the walkthrough, so you know what's covered before service starts instead of finding out after.

No, but our crews are trained for what they might walk into.

Biohazard remediation takes certification, containment, and hazardous waste disposal that's outside what we do.

What we do carry is bloodborne pathogen training. Crews working medical and dental offices are trained to the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, and they carry blood spill kits. If somebody comes across a small spill, they know how to contain it, protect themselves, and get the right call made. It isn't a service we sell. It's what a trained crew should already know.

Same idea, different bar. Disinfecting is the higher one.

Both are EPA-regulated terms with actual definitions behind them, not marketing words. Sanitizing brings bacteria down to a level considered safe. Disinfecting kills a broader range of organisms and has to clear a higher standard to earn the label. Different products, different contact times, and a product registered as a sanitizer can't legally be called a disinfectant.

What we do is disinfection, on the touch points that matter, held to the label time. Anybody using the two words like they mean the same thing either doesn't know or is hoping you don't.
