Conejo Cleaning & Maintenance LLC is an owner-led commercial cleaning and building maintenance company serving the Conejo Valley and surrounding communities. Founded by fourth-generation tradesman Mark Bradley, the business provides Janitorial Services, Office Cleaning, Floor Care, Restroom Services, Window Washing, Pressure Washing, and routine Building Maintenance under a single contract.

Mark Started On The Job Site As A Young Kid

Mark Bradley grew up in the construction trades. His family's trade background extends back four generations through Warren G. Bradley Construction.

As a child, Mark accompanied his father to job sites, assisting with maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on commercial properties. He learned practical property maintenance hands-on long before founding his own company. The work came first; the business followed years later.

Before launching Conejo Cleaning & Maintenance, Mark spent years in commercial facilities, learning what separates a property that is genuinely cared for from one that only looks fine from the doorway.

Growing Up In The Trades Is Why We Do Cleaning And Repairs Both

Mark learned cleaning and facility maintenance as a single job because maintaining commercial property requires both. That experience shapes why our company combines janitorial care with basic handyman upkeep.

It's also why we catch small problems early: a burned-out light, a loose handle, a stained ceiling tile, an early leak. A crew that only knows cleaning walks past the loose handle. Mark sees it because he's spent his life on the other side of that repair.

And it's why every client gets Mark's personal cell, not a call center, not a ticket queue.

The Company Started In 2026. Mark Started At Ten.

New company, experienced hands. Mark is a fourth-generation tradesman who has been maintaining commercial buildings since he was a child.

We say the launch date plainly because plenty of new vendors don't. You get the polished pitch, the slick logo, the talk of "solutions," and no way to tell whether there's real experience behind it or a thin crew behind a new name.

The question that matters isn't how long the LLC has existed. It's who's doing the work and how long they've been doing it. That's the trade we'd ask you to make.

Commercial cleaning is our primary service. The building maintenance side operates alongside our cleaning schedule because our crews visit your property every week. We service businesses, offices, and commercial facilities exclusively

Building maintenance, the bonus.

Minor recurring repairs including lighting replacements, wall switch plates, door hardware, ceiling tile swaps, touch-up painting, minor plumbing, and punch-list items. Our cleaning crew photographs property issues, and technician Ernie handles the repairs promptly.

Haven’t had the chance to use their services YET, but I’ve interacted with the owner and his wife and honestly had to leave a review. They’re both super genuine, easy to talk to, and you can tell they really care about doing right by people. That kind of energy goes a long way and says a lot about a business. My parents would actually benefit from their services in Honolulu, so I really wish their area covered them, hopefully that’s something they expand in the future!

We offer flexible month-to-month agreements with a standard 30-day notice period. We focus on earning your business through consistent quality rather than locking you into long-term paperwork.

We work exclusively with business accounts, including realtors, property management companies, apartment complexes, and short-term rental or Airbnb hosts

We handle deep move-out cleans and fast turnover resets. We prepare vacant homes and rental units for immediate listing or tenant move-in. We do not offer routine house cleaning or maid services for private individuals in their personal residences at this time.
