Why Fruit Flies Show Up In A Tasting Room That Gets Mopped Every Night
Spilled beer is sugar and yeast. Spilled wine is sugar. Both are food, and flies find food faster than people find flies.
We know because we've stood on your side of the problem.
Mark isn't just a cleaning company owner. He's managed commercial properties too. He knows what it's like to walk a building on a Friday afternoon and spot something your vendor should have caught before you did.
The first month is always great. The building shines. They wanted your account, so they showed up and earned it.
Then the crew changes. A few months in, you walk the lobby and something feels off. The glass has a film on it. The same corner keeps getting missed. You end up taking photos on a Friday afternoon and emailing them to a company that should have caught it on its own.
We'll walk your space, talk through what it needs, and send a clear quote.
We know because we've stood on your side of the problem.
I'm Mark. I run Conejo Cleaning, and I've been cleaning up job sites since before I can remember.
My family has been in the trades for four generations, back to Warren G. Bradley Construction. I grew up on job sites, and I was doing maintenance on the family's buildings by the time I was ten. This work is the only thing I've ever known.
I live and work here in the Conejo Valley, so the buildings I look after are close to home.
When you hire us, you get me. I know the crew by name. I walk the properties myself. You call or text, and you get me. Not a portal. Not a ticket. Not an account manager who calls back next week.
The crew stays the same because I'm in it, not above it.
Walk a building with us and watch where our eyes go.
Most cleaning companies clean and leave. A dripping faucet, a loose toilet seat, a burned-out bulb? Not their job. They wipe around it and move on, and it lands back on you, or turns into a separate call to a handyman. We do both. Our Cleaner flags it and we send someone to fix it, often that same week.
We started in 2026, so we won't pretend to have twenty years of history. What we have is a 5.0 rating on Google and clients who'll tell you what working with us is actually like.
The trash gets emptied and the floors get vacuumed. But the corners get skipped, the baseboards get missed, and by week ten the building doesn't look the way it did week one. That's the part we get right. Same crew, same schedule, same detail every visit. The spots a rushed crew skips, the corners, the edges, behind the toilet, under the sink, are exactly the ones we don't.
Call for a quick number over the phone, or have us walk the building for a detailed one. We recommend the walkthrough.
Schedule a no-commitment trial clean and see the work before you commit to anything. No signature. No pressure.
We hand you a ready-to-send notice email for your current cleaner. You just hit send, and we time our start so there's no gap
The top 6 questions we get asked:
A crew that's new every month never learns what normal looks like in your building. The same crew does. They notice when a light goes out, a restroom starts slipping, or a problem is beginning to develop. That's how small issues get caught before they turn into tenant complaints.
When something doesn't look right, you don't submit a ticket and wait for a call back. You call or text Mark directly. He oversees every account personally and stays involved because that's how the company is built.
Nobody is perfect, and we'd rather hear about an issue than have it become a frustration. If something was missed, call or text Mark directly. We'll address it quickly and make sure it doesn't become a recurring problem.
A burned-out light, loose toilet seat, dripping faucet, damaged ceiling tile, or other small maintenance issue doesn't need a second vendor. Because cleaning and maintenance are under one roof, issues get identified and handled faster. For specialized licensed trade work, we'll tell you honestly when a specialist is needed and we have a list of trusted vendors.
Most clients start with a trial cleaning. You get to see the crew, the communication, and the quality of the work before signing anything. If you're happy, we'll put a simple service agreement in place and get you on the schedule. If you're not, you're free to walk away.
We clean after hours, early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on the needs of the building. The goal is simple: your building gets cleaned without disrupting the people who work in it. Many of the office buildings and business parks we service require after-hours access, locked-suite entry, and coordination with property management. That's already part of how we operate.
